Are you planning to buy a new home and do not know where to start? Step 1: Financial options

It is very important that you understand your financial situation. I have an excellent cooperation with independent mortgage advisors so you know what your options are to purchase!

Step 2: A new home!

In a personal meeting or by phone, we will discuss your wishes and afterwards I will investigate your new home for you! Together we search for listings you want to visit.

Step 3: View

Automatically follows the viewing (s) after step 2! Together we look at the houses that I have selected for you. I plan the appointments for you as efficiently as possible, saving you a lot of time!

The first visit is without me, if you are really enthusiastic about the house you visit I go with you the 2nd viewing or go by myself.

Step 4: The quality of the home

I view the house through an architectural and critical glasses, and hopefully you through a ‘pink’ glasses! That is why I will investigate the structural condition of the house and discuss possible defects and /or points of attention with the selling broker.

Step 5: Negotiate!

I take this exciting situation out off your hands because this prevents a lot of stress! The market value has been researched by me and we will discussing together so we offer a nice opening bid. I will represent you in that. I do not only look into the price, but also the legal conditions. Furthermore, I will make sure that we receive a correct purchase agreement.

Step 6: Yes! We’re going to sign!

You can count on me here too. Together we take the time to read through the purchase agreement, translate the most important points and I answer all your questions. After you and the seller have signed, the agreement goes to the notary. From now on the legal period of three days starts. After this period, the home is yours!

Step 7: One last check

Just before the house is handed over to you at the notary, I inspect the house together with you. I check whether the property in the state as we have agreed and off course I check whether all goods you have taken over are present. I also accompany you at the notary. Now you can start signing with confidence for the official key handover. Do not forget to toast to your new home with a good glass of champagne!
