Enough of the endless search for the perfect accommodation? From a rent budget of € 1.250,- a month, we are pleased to take the search out of your hands! With our personal guidance we will find you the perfect accommodation.
To give you a good idea of the service, here are the following steps:
- Ask you to fill in the candidate form.
- We start to search for the best accommodations according to your wishes. We screening the entire Rotterdam rental market and connect with colleagues from other real estate agencies with whom I have built good relationships.
- In consultation with you, we make shortlist out of the longlist of suitable accommodations.
- Planning a tour so you can visit accommodations in 1 day. We accompany you during the viewings and pick you up by car.
- Negotiating on your behalf to achieve the best renting conditions.
- Checking the rental agreement from a legal perspective.
- Accompany you with the key handover and making an inspection including photos.
- Taking care that possible points of improvement at accommodation are solved.
- Offering help with applying for gas, water, electricity, internet and tv.
- Providing aftercare, for instance assisting with registration at the municipality.
With a positive mediation we charge a one-time mediation fee.
We are working on a no cure no pay base.
